Whistleblowing Policy

VR1 Solutions Ltd is committed to maintaining a culture of honesty, integrity, and accountability, encouraging all staff, contractors, and trainees in the UK to report any suspected wrongdoing, unethical behaviour, or breaches of legal, statutory, or regulatory obligations without fear of reprisal. Whistleblowing covers concerns such as criminal offences, health and safety risks, environmental damage, gross misconduct, malpractice, or breaches under the Pensions Act 2004, Proceeds of Crime Act 2002, or Bribery Act 2010. Individuals making a “protected disclosure” are legally safeguarded under the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998 (PIDA), provided the disclosure is made in good faith and in the public interest. Concerns should be raised directly and confidentially with the Company Director, Burhan Muhamad, either in person or by email, making it clear that the disclosure is under the whistleblowing policy. VR1 Solutions Ltd will investigate all disclosures fairly and confidentially, keeping the whistleblower informed of progress where possible, while taking measures to protect their identity. While anonymous reports are accepted, disclosure of relevant information is often essential for a thorough investigation. The company will not tolerate retaliation against any individual raising a genuine concern and will take all necessary steps to ensure confidentiality and fair treatment throughout the process.
